Heapham churchyard cross is c. 5.5m south of the door of All Saints. It was drawn by Nattes when he sketched Heapham church in 1793 – The socket stone is now almost buried, although Nattes shows it and Davies measured it at 0.18m above the ground in 1915. It is unusual in that it appears to be circular (c.f. Quadring) and Davies recorded it as being c. 1.0m diameter.

The lower section of the shaft survives, set into the socket stone. It is rectangular in section at the base, (0.36 x 0.38m) rising above moulded and chamfered corners in tapering octagonal section to a height of 0.7m. The top of the stone is now broken off.
